our 2025 Balance Barre instructors in training are ready to show y'all what they got! come on and support them (while squeezing in a FREE 50-min total body workout) in a number of POP UP community barre50 classes this spring! no fee to attend, but advance sign up is much appreciated. come experience the barre burn in your own body and help them get real hands on experience to grow as teachers!
