Living From the Inside Out

Who are you beneath your roles, circumstances, conditioning and stories?

This evening explores intuition, inner wisdom and the deeper sense of Self that can emerge when the mind becomes quieter.

Rather than continually searching outside ourselves for answers, we’ll explore what it feels like to recognize and trust the wisdom already within.

Reflection: Who am I when I am not trying to become someone else?

Theme: The clarity, peace and wisdom we seek are not missing. We are learning to recognize them.

Series dates November 5 & 19 • December 3 & 10 Thursdays • 5:30–7:00 PM

Join Laurie for four interactive sessions , each designed to build upon the last while giving you space to explore, experience and integrate at your own pace.
