About this event
Whether you are looking to gain confidence walking the streets, gaining discipline, or even just making new friends, our new Self-Defense class is for you. Every class we will learn some helpful techniques with step-by-step guidance by 2 nd Degree Black Belt Peter Bridgwood. While using these techniques may be necessary, we also want to start by praying for our community as we come together each month. All ages are welcome! Learn more & register HERE .
