The SEA PINES DOLPHIN DASH 5K is a 5 kilometer run/walk taking place in beautiful Sea Pines Resort – Hilton Head Island, SC. We hope to provide you with a memorable run / walk experience that starts you on a wonderful Hilton Head day. We utilize our beautiful hard flat beach for the race course – the perfect running experience on Hilton Head Island!

Please note there is a $9 Gate Fee (cash only) to enter Sea Pines if you are not staying in the community.
